On The Day Coordination

On the day of your wedding, there is no better feeling than knowing everything is running smoothly and going to plan. After all, you only get to experience this once… so let us do the ground work while you take it all in. We meet with our bridal couples 6 weeks out from your big day to fill in the gaps – as much as we make sure the day runs smoothly, we are also there to be sure that nothing has been overlooked or underestimated. On your big day, we will be there to set up, style, oversee, manage vendors and ensure that we bring your vision to life.

Pre-Event + On The Day
Coordination Inclusions

$999 within 1.5hrs of Melbourne

  • Liaising with suppliers in the week leading up to your wedding day to confirm inventory & bump in/out

  • Onsite from bump-in until bride and groom commence photos post ceremony  

  • Creation of an extensive run sheet, checklist and styling brief with distribution to the bridal couple and suppliers

  • Assisting with venue styling (items to be supplied)

  • Intensive support starting 6 weeks out from the wedding

  • 1x site visit with the bride and groom – within 1.5 hours of Melbourne

  • Unlimited contact via email + client portal

  • 4x planning/update meetings in the leadup to the big day to ensure running to plan

  • Access to your own client portal, where we keep your information, run sheet + documents all in one place.

  • Creation of a detailed run sheet, including distribution to vendors and MC’s prior to the day so they are aware of the timeline

  • Communication with and co-ordination of vendors in the lead up to the wedding, ensuring they are aware of their timelines

  • Assisting the photographer if needed

  • BTS content capturing of bump-in, venue setup and while being photographed

  • Coordination of all your suppliers bump-in; ensuring they are on time and on task

  • Welcoming and ushering guests to allocated areas before the wedding commences

  • Unlimited email correspondence and phone calls from the date of our handover meeting

  • Communication with the celebrant & musicians to cue the bride and her party

  • Ensuring the event is running smoothly before departing and letting you have a magic day.

  • Coverage is normally between 8-10 hours with 1-2 coordinators

$999 package pricing is applicable for locations within 1.5hrs of Melbourne -travel fees apply outside of this radius.

Our On-The-Day Coordination Package does not include styling in entirety. We are given your styling brief and we set up according to your vision and items provided. All items must be onsite ready for us to style – candles, lanterns, plates, glassware, floral arrangements etc. We will be onsite from set up, right through to the bridal party photos. We will not be onsite for bump-out.
